1. Purpose and Scope

To establish criteria and procedures for refunds on revocation or termination by a Client of the Subscription Plan.

2. Definition

For the purpose of this policy, the below words shall have the meanings as hereunder:

“Client(s)”: the client listed in the applicable sales order or agreement.

“Free Trial”: as described under clause 3.1

StaffTimerApp”: employee time and task monitoring software (hereinafter referred to as “STA”).

“Subscription Plan”:a monthly or yearly subscription paid for, and subscribed, by the Client.

3. Policy

1) The STA is free to use for the first ten (10) days for everyone (the “Free Trial”). The Free Trial period shall be a free of charge complimentary service.

2) After this Free Trial, a user has to pay for his required Subscription Plan which commences only when all the pending payments for the STA are cleared as paid.
3) At any time during the duration of the Subscription Plan, the Client is entitled to receive, as per their respective Subscription Plan, refund as explained below:

3.1) If a Client opts for a monthly Subscription Plan, he shall be entitled to request and thereafter be eligible to receive a refund for all  the days of the month he has not used the STA.

Illustration: For example, if the Client revokes the Subscription Plan  after seventy (70) days of usage, he shall be entitled to a refund of the unused twenty (20) days of that third (3rd) month.

3.2) If a Client opts for a yearly Subscription Plan, he shall be entitled to request and thereafter be eligible to receive a refund for all the remaining months, except the month he has requested a refund in.

Illustration: For example, if the Client revokes the Subscription Plan after seventy (70) days of usage, he shall be entitled to a refund of the unused twenty (20) days of that third (3rd) month.

4) Any eligible refund shall either be made via online bank transfer, bank draft, as mentioned in the subject agreement with the Client, or as the parties mutually agree at the time of requesting or processing of the refund.

5) In case of dispute over any invoice, STA reserves the right to withhold a refund until such dispute is amicably and mutually settled.
