Staff Timer (“Staff Timer”, “ST”, “us”, “our”, and/or “we”) aims to bring global businesses on board to enable them improve their work-force related performance in today’s competitive business landscape and helping them stay ahead of the curve. This privacy policy (the “Policy” ) describes our practices about how Staff Timer uses, shares, and processes information concerning our clients, end- users, and/or website visitors (“you” and/or “your”) whose personal data may be collected by us when you submit the same on our website, browser or desktop applications or while you make use of our services.



Personal Information

When you browse our website (stafftimerapp), we collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the device you are using, cookies (small files that we embed on your computer, only if you consent to it) to enable our systems to recognize your browser and capture and retain certain information. We collect this data so that we can identity why our visitors are dropping out of the website and to identify areas of improvements to make the experience more engaging for you.

When you sign up for StaffTimerApp, we may collect your name, email, and phone contact number, and any other information required to set up your end-users’ accounts. This allows us to personalize your account, and send you invoices or updates, or contact you concerning your account. However, we will never sell or rent your personal information to any third-party.



Our SaaS is provided to capture screenshots of your (or your end user’s) workstation screen after a set interval of time. You and/or your end-users can view the recorded screenshots for as long as you have agreed for their storage in our servers. You also have the option to view your end user’s screenshots using real-time monitoring. You and your end-user can delete screenshots from the system. All other information such as websites visited and application used can be viewed by you only. Screenshot, website, and application data is only tracked when you enable the use of our service and is not captured or recorded when you have disabled the same or are offline. Website and application monitoring is active for all users of the system when they are tracking time. Screenshots monitoring can be individually activated or deactivated by you or whosoever has been given access by you.



We may collect your email, if you choose to subscribe our newsletters. We send newsletters annually, quarterly, or bi-monthly with highlights and news about marketing, reminders, new feature updates and/or new blog posts. You may “UNSUBSCRIBE” link in our email footers, or by sending an email to with the subject line “UNSUBSCRIBE” from the email address you wish to unsubscribe.



From time to time, we may also share anonymized and aggregated information about you or your end- users such as by publishing a report on trends in the usage of our services.

We ensure that the collection of your information or data is aligned with your or your end-user’s absolute consent. Our process is completely transparent and the end-user is informed which of their information will be used and for what purpose.

Staff Timer website and the StaffTimerApp has industry standard security measure in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. We commit to take all reasonable steps in our control to ensure the safety of your information.
All the data is stored in a password protected cloud servers, either our or yours (up to your discretion) and various firewalls are in place for the servers’ protection including password protection; however, if you choose to store the data on your server, we ensure that all the sensitive data is encrypted while it is in transit. When the data is transmitted from one browser to another, we store it in an encrypted form where the minimum length of encryption is 256-key bits. The screenshots in the database backup are also stored in an encrypted form.



You may correct your factual errors in your identifiable information by logging into the website and editing your information or by requesting us the same at



We may be required to make changes to the services in the future in view of changing technology or services.
